The current issue of Bangladesh Economic Update focuses on the overall economic condition of Bangladesh particularly in the half way of FY 2011-12. The issue investigates the sector-wise performance of current fiscal year in light with the targets set in national budget of FY 2011-12, Medium Term Macroeconomic Framework (MTMF), Medium Term Budgetary Framework (MTBF) and other national plans, policies and goals.
