Democratic Decision Making Process: The Unnayan Onneshan is being governed and managed through a transparent democratic process where every member of the organization ranging from Trustees to Staff has rights and privileges to express their opinions in running the organization. Different committees, comprised of Trustees and/or staffs from different units, have been given authority to take decisions regarding operationalization of organization.

 

Result Based Performance Management: The Unnayan Onneshan follows a point based career path strategy where a 100-point scale is used to promote its staff that considers inter alia education, work experience, programme delivery, publication records and contribution to organization. This point-based system provides fair competition and favours competent candidate to develop career, free of nepotism and bias. The UO believes that this system strengthens confidence among employees regarding their career and anyone can easily define his/her career path in a non-discriminatory way.
